Free shipping over $499:

Free shipping offer applies to orders for non-sample products totalling over $499* with a shipping address in the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia. Excludes Architect Overstock and Clearance categories.

Orders containing sample and non-sample products:

If the sample items are elegible for free shipping then their weight will not be included in the calculation of shipping charges for ground freight options.

Free shipping method:

The free shipping method will be chosen by us. It will be a ground service such as UPS or USPS which serves residential and commercial addresses. If you designate a commercial delivery address for a large (200lb or greater) delivery, we may contact you to determine if a palletized freight delivery is more appropriate. Palletized freight normally receives better in-transit handling than small package delivery services.
