Jumping back into last week’s countdown, today we are unveiling the best of the best when it comes to frosted (matte) glass tile. Similar to our last post, these Top 5 Frosted Favorites blend together our frosted tiles with many other tile finishes and textures for five different one-of-a-kind look that you can only find at Susan Jablon Mosaics.

Himalayan Beauty Series 3 Backsplash

Himalayan Beauty Series 3 Glass Tile Backsplash Modern Kitchen Design with a Contemporary Backsplash

First up today is a modern kitchen design with a beautiful contemporary backsplash. This delicate backsplash design combines 16 different tiles in soft shades of blue, white, grey, and brown. Inspired by our Himalayan Beauty Series 3, this homeowner remodeled their kitchen sticking to a color palette of whites and greys. Windows span the entire wall of the kitchen allowing natural light to pour in and illuminate the tile. The frosted glass tiles perfectly offset the glossy tiles and the metallic tiles, creating a peaceful and serene environment. This kitchen is certainly a perfect place to escape after a long day’s work.

Light wood cabinets and a black countertop are enlivened with this Susan Jablon signature design. Steel Bamboo with Orange mosaic tile design brings energy and life to this kitchen. The mix of various green tiles in both frosted and glossy finishes paired with the sheen stainless steel tiles give this backsplash so much dimension.  Add in the occasional pop of orange tile for an attractive contrast and you have the perfect contemporary kitchen design with a West Coast flair.
