This public mosaic was donated and created by Susan Jablon Mosaics, in downtown Binghamton, NY. This project was designed for community involvement, and to bring some Bling into downtown Bing. The project was a sucess, and we want to thank the city of Binghamton, and our many many mosaic artists!
